Causes cam drive gears to fail
Great product but not worth the engine damage. The transfer gear is hardened and can cause cam gear failure. I've seen this happen at 3 aftermarket dealers. My old mechanism is not suitable for this and I cannot find a suitable mechanism yet. They also don't mention it in any of their ads. It's not worth working 2 days and then disassembling the engine to replace the camshaft gear.
