The tool has provided us with many benefits in terms of our operational effectiveness during natural disasters or major events such as protests. We have not found any downsides to using this service for these emergency situations but it definitely depends on each individual customer’s needs as well as their organization type if there are some limitations they would like implemented into the system. It is great that we can take immediate action upon an event taking place so quickly without having to wait until information becomes outdated. This also helps ensure we don’t miss key details about our clients important events which could pose grave safety issues depending on who you get caught off guard by what happens next! I love how easy it is for our dispatchers to use this software. The audio quality is very good and the ability to add in multiple cameras makes it very useful as well. There really isn't anything that I dislike about this system. It is great for any type of incident or training. We have used other software but nothing compares to this one. Capturing 911 calls has been much easier with this program.
