I needed a 12.5mm drill bit to complete the project. As they say, if you really want something, it will turn out very badly. The drill arrived bent so I couldn't use it on the lathe as planned. I did my best with an electric drill and was able to make the one hole I needed. I won't be using it again as it's quite expensive for a single hole drill. Your results may vary.
