The customer care service is excellent! I received quick responses for all my questions during our training sessions (2). After completing an intensive week long workshop we realized that one person was very good at explaining everything but lacked practical experience with this particular application/system - so they were able to train us up quickly once it became clear what needed doing next time around :) They are highly responsive when there's any need or problem arising from using KPI Dashboard Toolkit after implementation within your organisation / business process improvement project etc., as well have great knowledge base available online through many articles linked throughout website pages if you don't know how do something quite easily explained by someone who has already been though similar challenges themselves! Nothing specific really came across while evaluating them other than being happy overall about quality support team & product range offered compared wither others out here now offering same.
