Still working great after one year. Cleaned interior door surface prior to installing.
Blocks air leak from vertical (up and down) gap of my sliding glass door. The vertical air gap is between the movable door frame and the fixed (non-moving) glass frame. Installed and cut the strip vertically on the clean indoor side of the movable door frame, from top to bottom. Door still slides open/closed easily due to flexibility of this weatherstrip. I live in Florida and my AC cooling requirement dropped by about 10% after installing this weatherstrip. I live by the beach and my 1997 aluminum door frame is warped from 20+ years of heat/humidity/salt air/corrosion.
