The ability to connect to many different types of databases and have it all in one place is great. I can see exactly what my information is doing (and where) in each database. You can also create views of your data and use those views as filters for other applications. This has really helped me keep track of everything we do at our church. It's not perfect, but it works well enough for us. We are able to pull up a list of all of our donors who gave over $500 within the past year. This makes it easy for us to follow up with them.
