Men shouldn't use this product in general. I'm on my second bottle of pre-workout. The first was made by a US-based company that specializes in sports nutrition. I figured this warm-up wouldn't be any worse than the one in 2022. To my astonishment, though, it turned out to be fully [Roskomnadzor] in terms of flavor and functionality. It's so awful that I have to force myself to drink it, diluting it with water so I don't throw up. You don't experience the usual result. No motivation to get anything done. I will not be returning to this producer for any future purchases. The protein was useful, too. It's too sweet to drink, so that's out of the question, too. Unfortunately, even after around 6-7 uses, there is still no result. After trying 1.5 servings, the dizziness only worse. Need to discard it. You can't even swallow it. It has received nearly flawless ratings. Where do you make your purchases then?
