I recently bought a merchandise from Shenglong Company, and I was utterly let down by the entire transaction. With slow reaction times and unhelpful staff, the customer service was subpar. The merchandise itself was of poor quality, having flaws and errors from the moment it was unwrapped. I was frustrated and left in the dark by the website's confusing layout and absence of essential information. The return procedure was also difficult because of the ambiguous directions and added costs. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for a dependable and pleasurable purchasing experience to use Shenglong Company.
