I have been married to my husband for over 30 years and now he is asking and eating fresh vegetables for the first time! These bags are amazing. All cooking times are stated directly on the packaging. The timing is perfect for al dente vegetables. Our favorites so far are carrots and broccoli, but we also cook and cook asparagus, green beans, and peppers. Vegetables taste great and are quickly ready to eat. I recommend these steam packs for easy, healthy and quick preparation of fresh vegetables.
