The appearance of this product is great. It gives your lamps a modern look. I would be wary of the fact that most of these paddle mounted wall panels are slightly smaller than traditional wall panels. So if you are replacing a traditional wall panel/light switch with a petal lamp you will likely need to repaint/tweak the area around the wall panel. Also, you need to make sure all four switches are aligned. If you do this before adding the plate, the process will be very quick. If this is not the case, you will have to adjust the wall plate. For the price they look almost as good as the more expensive Legrande wall tiles.
