The customer satisfaction team in Germany have been incredibly knowledgeable about products, implementation processes etc.. My biggest con would be not knowing what we should ask for when making an enquiry or contacting Support - it feels like they are always surprised by some situation so I'm never fully sure of how things work/what's good practice! Have used their solutions (including switching airline providers) across multiple countries with fantastic outcomes including more than 1M users each month worldwide who love our apps & technology stack!! The ability for our customers to earn points by using their own gift cards or credit cards without having an account with us. This gives them more flexibility in how they spend their rewards points. There are some limitations to what can be redeemed, but it isn't too much of a hindrance when redeeming airline tickets or hotel rooms. We've seen increased revenue from this program because we have been able to offer better customer experience through frequent flyer programs than other companies do.
