Cute and functional, I bike to work every day and I can keep my lunch cool for 6 hours with a thin igloo ice pack, my huge coffee -Thermos is warm in a large bag, and my laptop is toasty and dry. It seems well made, the straps are comfortable and well padded, and the padding doesn't move or bunch up like my previous pack. I treated it for extra water resistance and it survived an afternoon shower on the way home without getting wet on the inside. I didn't like the velcro on the top flap so I just removed it with a seam ripper and found that the flap is heavy and stiff enough to stay in place even in the wind, but it closes the zip pocket, so no If you worry about it, you lose something in the worst case. Scenario. I can take the brand patch off and replace it with something cute or reflective for driving in the dark in the winter, but this bag is perfect for my needs and has withstood several months of abuse and still looks new.
