Backpack received but not yet used. However, at the moment I am very satisfied with all its functions. Cute and functional, I bike to work every day and I can keep my lunch cool for 6 hours with a thin igloo ice pack, my huge coffee -Thermos is warm in a large bag, and my laptop is toasty and dry.
