LOVE THIS!I broke my neck (fusion of C4-5-6) when I was in my thirties (car accident) and am now feeling it in my 50s. When you have tension in your neck your entire body is tense. This hits all of the right spots and holds heat for about 30 minutes; I fell asleep!This wrap is well-made (unlike some of the other products I viewed showing burning in the microwave, etc.). I decided on this brand after reading the review of someone who said she had been using this brand for over 15 years for migraine headaches, etc. and her item had held up well, wash washable, and hadn't lost its ability to hold heat.I highly recommend Thermalon Microwave wraps (and also ordered one in another configuration for sinus pain, with which I am pleased).
