Works as expected. It's very fast, which is nice, so you don't have to sit down and get burned to get the temp, and the probe is small so you don't have to Swiss-tap your meat through a couple of times.
- UPDATE FUNCTION: The upgraded thermometer can detect the current temperature and turn off automatically when the reading stays on for 10 minutes. Just switch between β and β according to your habits, and the bright LCD display with backlight function makes it easy to read the temperature no matter it's sunny outside or at night.
