Super Fast on Meat

Works as expected. It's very fast, which is nice, so you don't have to sit down and get burned to get the temp, and the probe is small so you don't have to Swiss-tap your meat through a couple of times.

It's not for those who want to wiggle their right hand and see a reading.

. It worked as expected and the photo shows where the reading range is correct, but trying to use it to make candy that required constant stirring frustrated this right-hander.
