not like they say. good for oral care

I tried it, the picture shows that the water is vibrating, but there is no vibration. I even put it in a cup of water and I don't see any waves. This means it's not shaking hard enough. It doesn't vibrate that much. Part of the handle vibrates, but this is poorly transmitted to the brush head. If you want to save money, you'd better use the manual version. The electronic version is designed to help clean the brush by vibrating and moving the brush tips. It doesn't vibrate back and forth enough at the tips to be effective. it is when you only see part of the sound vibration. Although I like the design. Not surprisingly, most electric toothbrushes have an animated version of toothbrush motion with exaggerated movements of the brush tips.
