The ease of use, the ability to have it sent directly from patient to provider for diagnosis, and the overall picture quality are all top notch! I would like that there was an app available where you could send photos through your phone. This would cut down on paperwork and give me more time with my patients during their visits. Great software in every way!! If needed, we will continue using this product! We've been able to share images between office staff members at two different locations without sending hardcopies back & forth across state lines. It has eliminated our need to carry digital x-rays around; instead they can be immediately uploaded straight into the system via email. Also, by being able to store files digitally it allows us to access them anytime from anywhere.
