I just had the chance to buy at Topunder in my capacity as a reviewer, but regrettably, I had a negative experience. Despite having a stylish and reasonably priced range of clothing, shoes, and jewelry, I had trouble navigating their website. I had no idea what I was buying because the product descriptions were imprecise and lacking. The sizing chart was also imprecise and misleading. As a result, I had to go through the inconvenience of returning the products I received because they did not fit correctly. Additionally, shipping was delayed; it took longer than anticipated for my item to arrive. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they were unresponsive and useless. I had a bad overall shopping experience with Topunder. Although their rates may be appealing, it was tough to shop with confidence due to the lack of product information and subpar customer support. I would advise anyone thinking about shopping with this merchant to exercise cautious.
