Once installed in our camper, it will not run on gas. He keeps coming out. We checked everything for an additional fee and can't seem to keep running on gas. suggestions please I want to trade it but I can't contact Revane to find out more about it. After chatting with several different Revain representatives, I finally got an email address. Hooray! It worked and after lots of emails with Victoria and trying to do what she told us to do to get the propane part working properly we decided it had to be defective. She gave us other fridges to choose from and was very helpful. She said we can exchange it for another like the one we bought but it will be unavailable for at least a month. After considering the timing and need to get a new one sooner, we decided to return it for a refund. She emailed us a return label for FedEx only. We sent it back and received our refund the same day they received it. My initial rating was low because I couldn't get Smad to ask what to do or send the fridge back. It was very frustrating. Your company has no contact information about the user Manuel, the fridge or anywhere else. I gave Victoria this review and I hope they fix it so other customers don't have to go through so many problems to contact them. I will change my rating to 4 stars based on my interaction with Victoria for her help. But not 5 because of all the trouble and time it took to find them.
