It's been holding my 34 inch ultrawide monitor without slipping or moving for a week now. My monitor, very old, one of the first in its class, so heavier. I set it up so the arm rotates to the right so I can hold the monitor away from my eye position, about 3 feet from my face. Other reviews mentioned a "missing screw" for the height adjustment. There is a screw, but hidden at first. This is used to adjust the force of the hydraulics that control the height. I recommend the following before putting the monitor on: - Press the upper arm with the yellow sticker against the lower arm to expose the tension adjustment screw. - Do this when the bottom of the hand is on the floor or when the whole hand is already tied to the table - you need to press hard. Try not to hurt yourself. - Use a hex wrench with your free hand or another person to loosen the hydraulic power. Once everything is in place you can tighten the small screws to keep the arms from wobbling. Make sure you do this step after, not before. Otherwise you will damage the plastic rings inside. This product is not intended for people who constantly change the viewing angle and distance. It is intended for static installation. So if you want to change your viewing experience, first loosen the small screws before moving the lever to a new position.
