Fits easily in my car. I found it easy to sit on my dog and he didn't run through my car. This gave her enough space to sit on the seat or lie on the floor but not to climb forward and distract. For these positive points I gave it several stars, not zero. I give it a low rating because I can't unzip it from my seat. Little did I know it would be a permanent attachment to my car. I thought it would open like a regular seat belt and it was similar enough to the ends of my seat belt and very secure, but I can't unbuckle it. This is very annoying because I have now lost the ability to use one of my seats in my van. This is compounded by the fact that we no longer have a dog so I get no benefit from this product and less functionality in my car. If I want to use my seat again I need to take it to the dealer and have the seat belt repaired so I can use the seat again knowing it's secure and a real car seat belt won't let you down.
