Let me start by saying that I didn't have high hopes for this product. I assembled the top of the rifle and needed something to hold everything in place while I tightened the barrel nut. I don't have a workbench so I needed something that didn't have to be screwed on and placed on this little guy. The ball joint was afraid it might break under pressure, but that seemed like the best option available. I was amazed at his strength. Once I put it on, this thing barely moved. I was able to assemble a tight top with it without any problems and I'm really very happy with it! If you can't use a vise, I recommend these!
