I've often heard that the right tool helps on the job. And it's a good tool. This zester/grater proves it. I always groaned when I had to enjoy a recipe. The zester I've had for years has been a royal pain. I have only used the Deiss PRO once so far and it has been very comfortable. Easy to use, easy to clean. This is a professional tool.
