Both son (college) and daughter (8th grade) present. Their trainers often test both, so I was able to compare these weapons to the weapons their trainers are using. My daughter is throwing up in her mid 50's and this unit reads a steady 5 mph slow. It got worse at high speeds. My son had hours over 80 and this unit never read over 70 mph. I was right behind the trap as stated in the instruction manual. I will try to exchange the device, which I have to do directly through pocketradar.com. I will update this review accordingly depending on the outcome
