Malfunction, accuracy problems

My gas analyzer 4 always works outdoors and in windy conditions. The low oxygen alarm sounds almost continuously. I have even tested this with other company 4 gas detectors and they will be within operating limits (and have almost the same reading) all the while it sounds the low oxygen alarm. I hope the seller will answer me on this issue.
