The strap was an inch smaller than our old one so we couldn't use it. Fortunately, the old belt was only slightly worn. I would like to have a new one sent to me if possible, even though it is the right size. There were also no nuts or washers for roller bolts in the kit. The screws were slightly smaller than our original parts, so we had to run to the hardware store for new screws. After everything is done it seems to work fine but there is a small chirp. I'll have to dig again to see if anything rubs or isn't aligned. Only time will tell if it works. Last fall we replaced our last idler pulley with a professional one and it melted/fell apart. I don't know who the manufacturer of the latter is. This one seems better done and I was able to complete the job after watching a few 10 minute YouTube videos. If all the correct parts were included I would say the price was excellent compared to the professional customer service. My 4 year old son loved helping me with this project.
