The included support casters came with a larger diameter axle than Samsung's original, so it couldn't just be replaced with a caster. The strap was an inch smaller than our old one so we couldn't use it. Fortunately, the old belt was only slightly worn. I would like to have a new one sent to me if possible, even though it is the right size. There were also no nuts or washers for roller bolts in the kit.
