Absolutely fantastic

I have an old Medicus swing trainer that I used to use and misplaced many years ago. This swing trainer is awesome as for it is the right balance and weight and easily allows me to work on my golf pivot rotation and I can easily see where I am making mistakes. With a few swings a day it has greatly improved my tempo as well. I took a video of myself, but I look down right terrible so I'm not going to post it, but I always though these swing trainers were a gimmick until I tried this one. I'm 5'7" and order the longer one "48 inch - universal" and it works. The grip is not like my Ping grips, but it works. What I like the best is that it allows me to practice my swing in my backyard at my convenience and without being ashamed. I have a tendency to swing at the golf course under pressure and lose my balance and then immediately step forward. It tells me I'm trying to swing hard, not breath correctly, and trying to kill the ball and I am tilting forward, none of which are good. Now with this swing trainer I am doing a few cadences in a few different styles of leg positions and holding at different lengths and gently hitting the top of the grass blade and seeing where I am making mistakes.Overall, a great find at a much lower cost of the competitors.

Pros
  • Swing Trainers
Cons
  • The training sticks may not be suitable for all golfers, especially those with physical limitations or injuries
