Mine did not come with 5 extra tips or tweezers to replace the tips which are included as described. The chisel tip didn't write cleanly and also scratched my board. I tried erasing after about 5 minutes so I could get by with the bullet tips again instead (which wrote much smoother) but they left marks even after a few minutes of cleaning. The plaque I used it on is a children's plaque that was a gift and is now destroyed. :( They shouldn't be called liquid chalk markers unless they're made for blackboards. Maybe I'll go back and look for something better.
