Gaaaaa! I first bought an AccuRite Magnetic which gave moisture readings of 16, 21, 27 and 62 seemingly randomly with no values in between, so I knew it wasn't right. I bought a different type of AccuRite and it did the same thing, but the two side by side didn't even fit within the same range. I saw this one at Revain and took a chance but bought two because if they didn't match they both came back. If so, then I have a backup. Well they agree! And I've also since found my very old but accurate dial which has disappeared and they agree with that. I bake all our bread myself, and I do it with a machine, so humidity is really important because you don't get feedback. of handling the test. They tell me directly where the humidity is, so I didn't make any mistakes. I also make my own pasta, so moisture is very important here too. So this is when something with a low price is superior to another, more well-known brand that has a higher price. Otherwise, it's a fold-out stand, which I don't think is particularly stable, but the bottom is flat like a safety net. But either way, put him somewhere he won't get knocked down (a compromise I'm happy to make). Also note that the small button battery that comes with it (1130, which can be bought cheaply here at Revain) is housed in the smallest little zip-lock known to man, so it's easy to miss if you take out the selfie device from the box. Based on 2 out of 2 working correctly I recommend this product.
