It's a piece of cloth!
I thought I would buy a one piece cover not a piece of fabric but I was able to unscrew everything and use spray glue. I had to buy a construction stapler to do this and would like to try a more expensive one as it has to be attached to hard plastic. It turned out well, despite zero experience in this matter! The material is high quality and easy to clean.
