ServSafe offers the best online training solutions available. We have loved working with them from day one - customer service, ease of scheduling, the program itself (both live and online courses). ServSafe has been great to work with. It takes a village to make a successful online training provider! ServSafe is no different. They have been great to work with, but it really does take the proper team. Be ready to have a lot of communication with your admin and support staff, as well as your trainees. We've made significant improvements in staff knowledge and training outcomes. ServSafe has also helped us improve our staff retention rate as well. I really liked how easy it was for me as an individual student or employee, that is why i rate this program very well! Sometimes you may feel like there are some things not explained fully enough but overall its great!! This does provide good information about safety in restaurants which will help employees be better at their job. Its also fun because of all those games they play during class time where each person gets points when correct answers pop up (like "What day/month do we have?").
