. Bag spring 100# thought it would be better but found a heavier spring would not fit.

I originally chose a 150# spring on the 100# pocket ring thinking it would be better, but it turned out that the heavier spring didn't stretch well enough to accommodate the absorb most of the force. If you have a 100# bag, I definitely recommend the 100# nib. The 100# spring more than does its job and flexes well and compresses under weight. Don't worry about opening the bag when the ends of the spring are open.
