I ordered this classic casual stretch jean jacket for women in dark denim in size S. I'm 5'5" and 97 pounds. My measurements: Chest: 33 inches, Waist: 23 inches, Hips: 34 inches. I have to be honest. I hesitated to order this jacket because I wasn't sure if it would fit my small figure. I contacted the seller and he/she provided me with the measurements of the clothes as well as photos to help me decide whether to order or not. I initially put off ordering this FashionMille jacket so I ordered another denim jacket from a different seller. There was an error. The jacket I ordered from this other seller was horrible and shameful. The fit at the shoulders and chest was good, but the length was too short (3 inches shorter than the description says). The seams were uneven/crooked, misaligned and re-stitched over the existing seams. Roughly speaking, the quality was "FAIL". I am fully aware of the skill required to make clothes. I sew and have sewing skills. And this jacket missed the mark. Needless to say, the jacket is back. So I took a deep breath and decided to order this classic, relaxed, stretch-fit denim jacket from FashionMille for women. I AM SO HAPPY I MADE IT! The jacket is true to size and color. The measurements provided by the seller were correct. Stitching of the seams/pieces was clean, tight and aligned with no "repeated stitching". The weight of the jacket matters, but it's not too light to be cheap. It's a fitted jacket, not too tight and not too boxy. It offers enough space to wear a long sleeve or a light sweater underneath. I have no problems with zipping either. I have trouble with shorter, loose fitting jackets because my build only shows "jacket" with a jacket like this. I literally swim in it. But I'm sure it will suit any type of figure. You just need to know which form you are looking for. If you want the dress to "fit the body", order your normal size. However, if you want a looser fit, order a size or two up depending on how much room you want under the jacket. Of course, if you want the jacket to remain open and unbuttoned, that's also an option. Especially when you're better off than me. Much better off than me. LAUGH OUT LOUD! Just be aware and make sure you are getting a quality denim jacket. Do not worry. I'm a quality person and this jacket suits me. High quality denim jacket! Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.
