Review on 🐱 Enhanced PetSafe Come With Me Kitty Glitter Harness and Bungee Cat Leash by Whitney Bailey

I bought it because 1. it looked good and matched my cat eyes. 2. Supposedly escape-proof. 3. I wanted to use it so my cat wouldn't miss the vet visit. He hadn't even made it to the vet and had broken out of his harness twice. I think it needs a little more adjustment as the glittery straps are twisted and I'm not sure what type of panty is on the chest. I like the bungee leash although I don't have the opportunity to use it.
