The circuit breaker blew when I turned it on

look carefully before installing. Installation was very easy which is great but when I turned on the power the switch immediately blew. As you can see in the picture, the red wire connector was twisted too far and touched the metal frame, causing a short circuit. do they control them at all? It was easy to fix. Loosen the screw, move the plug to loosen, then retighten, but I expected installation to be easy, not a big spark, lights go out and my wife screams.
