I like that it has helped me track my employees absences, however not all of them are available in certain countries which is frustrating when trying to plan meetings or deadlines with clients who may be located overseas but have an office here in New Zealand! It could also do more automated checks for time offs (ie if you pick out your leave days manually then there isn't much benefit).
We use this software because we need something easy enought o manage our employee's holidays/ sickies etc as well as helping us keep up-to date wth their availability with other staff members so they can make plans accordingly.
