I used this to install a harmonic dampener on my LS1. Instead of the zinc plated washers that came with it, I used a thrust bearing. A large amount of anti-seize was also applied to the threads entering the crankshaft head and the threads followed by the drive nut to prevent seizing. The tool worked great! The improvements they made over the previous version helped remove the threaded rod from the crankshaft!
