Worked great to update an old slimline bowl that someone was looking to throw away. I wanted Direct TV in the van so with a dish and this newer style LNB, an HD receiver from home and a satellite stand I had nice HD and was up and running in minutes. This is a SWM style LNB so you must also have a power supply. Without an inserter installed, you get nothing. These SWM settings can be a little tricky to align, although I never spent more than 5 minutes setting it up after we parked and set up the dish. Make sure the mast of your tripod is perfectly plumb, or allow plenty of extra time to align it. Dish pointer dot com is your friend.
