Pack of 5 screws, washers and covers. There are only 4 of them. But in the end it didn't matter. The screws that came with the plate frame had flat ends and I couldn't get them in. I gave up and used the screws I had with the dots and luckily the caps fit. The frame almost completely covers the upgrade sticker. I hope that won't be a problem. The only reason I bought them is because they bend my front panel when I wash my car. They are made so cheap now. I've never had a problem like this in my life and I'm 67.
