Excellent knife for quick work
Came to replace a set bought a few years ago which was stolen in a raid on our house. These are very handy knives for quick work, they are very easy to clean after use, they are sharp. I don't think they are as sharp as the Kyocera but I'm not sure. The only downside I have is that you have to be very careful not to cut your finger with the corner of the knife blade. After a few nicknames, you'll feel comfortable. Obviously spending $40 on a Kyocera knife didn't bother me enough when I paid about $15 for these three. I recommend them.
