I bought it for my 8 month old child. I am 6-12 months and it is too small. It's pretty average so I can't imagine it would fit a 12 month old. Although the quality is excellent I would order more. You just need to focus on the dimensions and not what is advertised as the size.
- My kid loves it and it looks great.
- May be uncomfortable for texture-sensitive children
