The camera turned out to be defective, or rather its microphone. There is constant background noise that cannot be removed in any way. As soon as I did not set up in the sound parameters - it did not help. At first I thought that the problem was in the drivers, but when I connected it to my smartphone, I realized that the problem was in the camera itself. It is strange that for such a well-known brand there are still defective copies.
