Purchased after installing a rear view camera in the steering wheel. I like to run for cover just to make it a little harder for a thief to try and get off the handlebars and camera. It's obviously not foolproof, but it's another added quest that might make her look elsewhere. I'm a 35 and it fits, but it's not easy to put on. They use a drawstring that you need to use to tighten the cap onto the wheel. I prefer the elastic used on my old cases because the drawstring interferes with the snug fit. Of course, this makes it more difficult for a thief to remove than a cover that only uses a rubber band. The clear part in the center needed cleaning after the rain to get a clear view of the back, but overall it does what I need. This is the only option that suits my situation, so it will be on my tire from now on.
