I bought this case because I wanted something more padded than the cheapo case that came with a camera package I bought. This case is a good compromise of padding and size. It fits my Nikon D3300 with a lens attached and two other lenses in the case. There are several zippered pockets for various other items (spare batteries, etc) that you may want to carry.A few things to keep in mind:It isn't fast to open and pull out a camera (you have to undo the two latches, flip the cover off and then unzip. (the plus side of this is that you are unlikely to accidentally damage or dump your camera). This is more for transporting your camera. It's not really ideal for walking down the street and quickly pulling out your camera for a shot.The space is limited, you aren't going to carry huge lenses and depending on how you pack things about the most you'll get in this case is the camera body and three to four lenses (perfect for me).The shoulder strap is *not* removable.The color is more of a dark grey, much darker than the online images appear.Is this case perfect? No, but it is very good. I'm *very* glad I bought it.
