Doesn't cut plastic.
Cuts paper well but not thin plastic. I guess I just assumed it would cut plastic because it cuts paper and I was wrong. I've used it for plastic bags and cut holes in the side to store doll clothes in a notebook. I ended up having to use scissors to cut the holes and definitely not a very clean job so I'm a bit sad about that. Considering the price, the fact that it cuts paper well and its durability, this is a good product. .
