I like that it is easy to use, has good customer service when you need help or have questions about your membership plan. It can be expensive for some people who don't want all of their data stored online but if you just store an email address in there then they are not storing any personal info at all so its no big deal. They also offer discounts from time-to-time which makes them more affordable than other companies with similar services. There isn't much out there right now as far as storage goes! If someone was looking into this product because they were concerned about privacy issues with cloud computing/storage then this would fit well. We needed somewhere where we could safely keep our client information without having to worry too much about security breaches while still being able to access everything easily whenever necessary.
