I really love these shoes. I work at a gas station where I am always standing and walking and I am heavy which has kept me and my legs from a lot of pain. They are not slip resistant although I usually wear a men's size 7 but I have a wide foot so I went for a size 71/2 for a perfect fit. It's absolutely worth every penny
