
These pans are really a good product if you only want to use them for baking and at lower temperatures. At around 375 degrees, they deform in the oven and flatten out again as they cool. Unlike professional pans made of steel or thick sheet aluminum, they are not ideal for high-temperature frying, such as pancakes. B. roasts (vegetables, meat etc.). Outside of high temperatures they are great, don't stick and are mostly easy to clean without damaging the surface.
